I Wasn't Born Confident. I Built Myself.

I spent two years too afraid to walk into a gym. Today I work in one of the world's harshest environments and stand as a European bodybuilding champion. This is where the next chapter starts.

Who I Am

A Lithuanian athlete, offshore worker, and European champion

I grew up as the skinny kid — naturally thin, self-conscious, and certain that everyone else had something I didn't. That feeling followed me for years.

Today, I spend my working weeks on oil and gas platforms in the North Sea, one of the most demanding environments in the world, and my personal time building the physique and mindset that made me a WFF European bodybuilding champion.

But this site isn't only about the medal. It's about what it took to get there — and what I'm building next.

My Story

Two years of wanting it. One decision to finally start.

For two years, I planned, hesitated, and talked myself out of signing up for a gym. Fear of judgment, fear of looking foolish, fear of simply walking through the door. When I finally did, it began a years-long, mostly self-taught process of learning my body, my mind, and eventually stepping on a competition stage as a European champion.

I don't help people build better bodies. I help them build discipline, confidence and a life they're proud of.

Online coaching, built on what actually worked

I'm building an online coaching offer for men who want the same thing I once wanted: to feel stronger, more disciplined, and more in control of their own life. It isn't live yet — but the philosophy behind it already is.

  • Understanding what you're doing in the gym, and why
  • Building consistency that survives the days motivation doesn't show up
  • Real support from someone who has been exactly where you are
  • No unrealistic promises about kilograms — only honest effort and honest guidance
Philosophy

What this is really built on

Long before there was a brand, there were a few things I refused to compromise on. They still shape everything here.

Discipline over motivation

Motivation is temporary — it shows up for a day and disappears for a week. Discipline is what's left when it does.

Honesty over hype

No promise of exact kilograms lost or gained. Just an honest account of what training and consistency can actually do.

Consistency over intensity

The unglamorous, repetitive routine — the same meals, the same sessions, the same small decisions — is where transformation actually happens.

Respect, always

For the people who trust me with their goals, and for the version of myself who was once too afraid to start.

Media & Achievements

From the platform to the stage

A WFF European title. A career spent working at height on North Sea platforms. The moments that shaped my story — captured as they happened.

If you're ready to start, let's talk.

You don't need to have it all figured out. I didn't either — for two years. Book a call to talk about where you are and where you want to go.
